Mr. Tapas Das is the Founder and Owner of DCT Model Management and Spot'less Fashion Magazine (a monthly digital international fashion magazine started in the year 2013 and is published globally in top international publishing websites)

Founded in 2010, DCT Model Management (Dreams Come True Model Management) is dedicated to providing opportunities for emerging talent in the modeling industry. Based in Delhi NCR, the agency works with both new faces and experienced professionals, casting models for a variety of projects, including photoshoots, fashion shows, digital ads, music videos, and films. With a portfolio of over 5,000 models, DCT Model Management continues to shape the future of the industry by connecting talent with top-tier opportunities.

Launched in 2013, Spot'less Fashion Magazine is a digital publication that releases monthly on the world’s leading platform, Magzter.com. The magazine highlights global talent in the fashion and entertainment industries, offering a spotlight to influencers, photographers, models, actors, fashion brands, makeup artists, etc. from all around the world.

Spot'less Face of India is a national level modelling talent hunt cum beauty pageant in India. It is not just a title, but a movement to empower everyone everywhere to dream big and to inspire change in the world around them. It is not just limited to one category, but it includes four categories - Miss, Missus, Mister and Kids. The event also includes makeup competition where the makeup artists can showcase their creativity to the world. It is a platform that allows everyone to make their Dream Come True!
